How to get started:  You will need to contact us to get a  Crew Pak (contains manual, dive table, booklet about the dive table and log book pages) and a DVD.   To get your materials, call 214-505-0713 or click here to email us.   You may come by to pick up the  materials or we can have them delivered to your home or office.

How long will it take:     Your time with us can be as little as one week (actually, two weekends.  The time it takes for the independent study to read the entire manual, complete the knowledge reviews and watch the entire video/DVD is dependent upon each student.  If a student has read the entire book, completed the knowledge reviews and watched the entire video or DVD prior to the first class meeting,  the classroom and pool confined water dives can be completed on Saturday and Sunday of one weekend going to the lake the next Saturday and Sunday for the open water dives.   However, the programs are performance  based which means that you proceed as you demonstrate mastery of the course skills.   For example, you have to complete chapter one before going on to chapter two, confined water dive one before going on to confined water dive two, or open water dive one before going on to open water dive two.    This allows you to work at a pace that is comfortable for you.  We have lots of options on how to conduct the program.
