Confined water pool training sessions:

Equipment: You will need a
mask, fins/booties, snorkel, tank, regulator, bcd,
weights and weight belt for the pool training sessions.

Lake weekends: Either Saturday, September 24 or
Saturday, October 22 at Athens Scuba Park - We need you for one
day at the lake since we are doing all of the rescue
skills in the pool.

DEMP (DAN's
Diving Emergency Management Provider)

Add the DAN Oxygen First Aid
for Scuba Diving Injuries, the DAN Advanced Oxygen First
Aid for Scuba Diving Injuries, Automated External
Defibrillators for Scuba Diving and First Aid for
Hazardous Marine Life Injuries for an additional $115 as
part of the packaged price for EFR/Rescue/DEMP ($475 for
package) if you sign up, pay for and take the EFR
class, the classroom/pool portion of the Rescue Diver
and the DEMP classes. Otherwise, the DEMP
package is $175.

Cost: Packaged Deal - Both EFR (includes
Care for Children), Rescue and materials for both
courses - $360 (does not cover equipment rental).
Need $150 deposit. If you are currently CPR and/or
First Aid certified or already have your materials, not
a problem, we will adjust course price accordingly.
The EFR course is designed so that CPR and First
Aid can be taught back to back as one class or can be
taught as a stand alone class. Therefore, you can
do both CPR and First Aid back to back or take only the
course you need. You will need to provide us with
a copy of your current certification card if you are
already CPR and/or First Aid certified. Price is
good if you take the courses on a scheduled class date.
Extra fees will be charged if we do as a private class.

ask for a $150 deposit which covers the cost of the Crew Pak and DVD and
EFR materials.
What do you need to Start: You need
to be at least 12 years old and
must hold the Advanced Open Water Diver
Certification or a have a qualifying certification from another
training organization to qualify for the Rescue Diver
Certification.
